Nimbus RMS
Nimbus RMS is cloud-based point-of-sale and inventory software for retail businesses, available on Android and the web. Checkout works online or offline, with offline sales syncing to the cloud when internet access returns. Retailers can track stock across locations, set low-stock alerts and reorder points, and transfer inventory. Real-time sales and margin dashboards are paired with custom reports by store, region, or SKU. Multi-store operators can centrally manage pricing, promotions, and permissions. The system serves apparel and fashion, grocery and convenience, electronics and mobile, multi-location retail, and wholesale businesses. Apparel sizes and colors can be handled as separate inventory units. Payments include cash, cards, mobile wallets, gift cards, loyalty points, and credit, including split payments. The vendor says Shopify inventory, stock, and sales sync in real time. The free version covers one store, 50 products, one user, one register, and 100 sales receipts per month; it excludes multi-store and double-entry accounting. Paid plans start at $19 a month, and a 14-day trial is available.
