Mixdesk brings messaging, web chat, and email into a shared customer engagement workspace. Its channels include WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok Business, LINE, Telegram, web chat, in-app SDK, and email. AI Agents can respond using approved knowledge, qualify leads, take configured actions, and pass conversations to a human with context. Mixdesk says its AI Agent understands and replies in 27+ languages, with real-time two-way translation. Automation can route conversations to a team, agent, or AI, and supports follow-ups, broadcasts, and team workflows. Coze and Dify integrations are listed, alongside APIs, SDKs, and webhooks. All plans include unlimited teammates without per-seat fees. The Free plan includes 10 conversations, 10 connected channel accounts, 100 translation characters, and no AI messages; paid plans start at $49 per month.
