Stock tools include lookup by VRM or VIN, valuations, AI descriptions, vehicle checks, stock book automation and bulk editing. Dealers can publish listings to marketplaces including AutoTrader, MOTORS, eBay Auction, CarGurus.co.uk, Carhuna, AA Cars, CarsVansandBikes and Dealer Auction. Website enquiries and messages from email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, LINE and AutoTrader Leads can be handled together. Sales tools cover offers, invoices, VAT and margin-scheme invoicing, online payments, and integrations certified by Sage Cloud Accounting, Intuit QuickBooks and Xero Accounting. Live chat is included in all membership plans without extra cost. The website offer includes a free domain name and SSL certificate option, plus UK-based cloud hosting. Service features include online appointment booking, technician dispatch, automated reminders, and recommendations based on vehicle history and condition. Accounting includes live financial data, accounts payable workflows, executive reporting, commission management, budgeting, and forecasting. The parts module shows technicians live inventory and tracks turnover to help avoid stockouts. CRM includes predictive marketing to identify vehicles due for service and internal lead-generation tasks for sales opportunities. The Digital Service Suite describes Tools On Demand as mobilized service software and Advisormatic as automation from arrival through the next booking.
