My Rental Spot Self Storage is facility-management software for storage operators, available on the web, Android, and iOS. Its free plan covers day-to-day storage management, online move-ins with e-sign leases, billing and autopay, and gate PINs. The plan has no time limit or facility limit, and the product also lists online rentals, automated billing, delinquency tools, and multi-site management.
The Pro plan costs $49 a month at the standard rate. It adds a leads and reservations pipeline, rate increases, delinquency automation, staff roles, tenant protection plans, and reporting. These additions give operators more tools for handling inquiries, staff access, and oversight. Access-control integration is not supported, although gate PINs are part of the free plan. The free tier provides a way to manage core rental and billing tasks without a stated facility cap; operators can consider Pro if its additional functions meet their needs.

RMS Cloud is a cloud-native property management platform for hotels, motels, holiday parks, campgrounds, and serviced apartments.
