Text.com
Text.com combines an AI agent, live chat, help desk, shared inbox, workflows, knowledge base, customer profiles, analytics and MCP in a customer service platform for ecommerce and SaaS teams. Its AI agent can recognize buying intent, recommend products, recover abandoned carts and handle support requests, or pass a conversation to a person with its context. MCP connects assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to tickets, chats and transcripts under existing permissions. The platform lists integrations with services including Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Messenger, WhatsApp, email and SMS, along with a range of commerce platforms.
