In their own words
NextTask
NextTask is an operations platform for retail chains, hospitality groups, and service businesses coordinating work across locations. Teams can assign store tasks, set priorities and deadlines, attach files, and track completion. Visual merchandising workflows include photo instructions, planogram distribution, and photo submissions for head-office review. Recurring unit counts can be scheduled and monitored as stores submit results in real time. Managers can send announcements to all stores or selected groups with read receipts and acknowledgements. Multiple retail chains or brands can be managed separately, keeping their data, tasks, and reporting distinct. Responsive smartphone and tablet access lets staff complete tasks, upload photos, and communicate with head office. Plans include training materials, tutorials, a knowledge base, and a video library. The Base Plan costs 250 ZAR a month, requires at least 10 users, includes 10GB storage, and excludes VAT. A 30-day trial supports up to three users.
