Zoho eProtect
Zoho eProtect is a web-based cloud gateway for organizations using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Amazon WorkMail, on-premise Exchange, or other email providers. It filters inbound and outbound messages for spam, viruses, phishing, ransomware, business email compromise, spoofing, attachment, URL, identity, and zero-day threats. Deployment can use API synchronization, MX changes, or journaling. The service adds email archiving, configurable retention, eDiscovery search, legal holds, and export to ZIP or PST, with EML download available from search. Administrators can manage groups and departments, filtering policies, quarantine controls, notifications, and user access. Audit logs record actions and account details. Zoho states that stored email uses AES encryption at rest and processed email uses TLS in transit, with two-factor authentication and secured data centers also listed. Support engineers are available around the clock. Pricing is on request. Zoho Mail users do not need eProtect because those protections and archival features are built in.
