Site Search 360 provides customizable search for websites, including online stores. Its semantic search uses synonyms, recognizes misspellings, and interprets query meaning; its e-commerce search analyzes catalog data with an ontology and AI-enhanced semantic engine. The Search Designer lets customers select layover, full-screen, or embedded results in list or grid layouts. Integrations include Zapier, Make, Drupal, and WordPress, alongside JavaScript, shop extensions, and REST API options. Magento and OXID extensions are named, while Shopware users can contact support about integration. It can index PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Open Office documents, with a stated 15 MB per-file limit. Search is optimized for 19 listed languages.
