Noterro is practice management software for allied health clinics, including massage therapy, physiotherapy, and chiropractic practices. It brings scheduling, online booking, charting, clinical notes, forms, invoicing, billing, and financial reporting into one service. SOAP notes can be created by typing or dictation, and support tags, drawings, snippets, duplication, and predictive charting. The pricing page says each plan includes 300 credits for Scribe and Form Summary; additional credits cost $0.01 USD each. Noterro lists integrations or compatibility with Google Calendar, Square, QuickBooks, Xero, Mailchimp, TELUS eClaims, Availity, Office Ally, and TriZetto. It runs on the web, Android, and iOS; on mobile, the web app runs in a browser without a separate download. A connection to the internet is required. The 14-day trial does not require a credit card, but excludes file uploads. Core starts at $28.05/month with an annual plan, or $33.00 per month with monthly billing; each includes one practitioner seat.
PPMP
PPMP is a practice management system for patient and practice administration, including scheduling, billing, clinical notes, and payments. It is presented for solo practitioners, multidisciplinary clinics, and national networks, including allied health professionals. Patients can book appointments online, and the system supports electronic Medicare bulk billing and DVA claims, with payments updating client account records. Attendance notes can use templates and body charts and are stored in client profiles. Staff can send templated appointment reminders, scheduled or bulk SMS messages, and review replies in an SMS log. PPMP is available as Cloud or On-Premises: Cloud is remotely hosted, while On-Premises is installed locally. Cloud data is stored in Australia and includes automated backups and malware or virus protection. On-Premises patient data is accessible only from a PC on the same Wi-Fi network, and users manage its security and backups. A free 30-day demo provides full access. Monthly prices include 63.00 AUD for one On-Premises licence and 70.60 AUD for one Cloud user; both exclude GST and one-off installation/licence costs.
