Noterro
Noterro is practice management software for allied health clinics, including massage therapy, physiotherapy, and chiropractic practices. It brings scheduling, online booking, charting, clinical notes, forms, invoicing, billing, and financial reporting into one service. SOAP notes can be created by typing or dictation, and support tags, drawings, snippets, duplication, and predictive charting. The pricing page says each plan includes 300 credits for Scribe and Form Summary; additional credits cost $0.01 USD each. Noterro lists integrations or compatibility with Google Calendar, Square, QuickBooks, Xero, Mailchimp, TELUS eClaims, Availity, Office Ally, and TriZetto. It runs on the web, Android, and iOS; on mobile, the web app runs in a browser without a separate download. A connection to the internet is required. The 14-day trial does not require a credit card, but excludes file uploads. Core starts at $28.05/month with an annual plan, or $33.00 per month with monthly billing; each includes one practitioner seat.
Salonized
Salonized is software for managing salon appointments, client administration, accounting, sales administration, and marketing. The Appointments plan includes an online calendar and bookings, appointment reminders, client management, and two-way Google sync. Basic adds a cash register, online payments, feedback, an automatic waiting list, treatment reports, product management, financial reporting, gift cards, and loyalty points. Pro adds marketing tools such as newsletters, email templates, customer grouping, online forms, rebook reminders, last-minute discounts, custom discount codes, and dynamic pricing. The integrations collection lists Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Stripe, Mollie, and Treatwell. Plans cost €21 a month for Appointments, €39 a month for Basic, and €59 a month for Pro; annual billing is available with a 10% discount. Extra employee and location charges are listed separately. Salonized works on internet-connected computers, tablets, and smartphones using an up-to-date browser; Internet Explorer is unsupported. Mobile apps are available for iPhone, iPad, and Android. The Appointments and Basic plans are no longer available in Switzerland from January 1, 2026.
