It brings scheduling, online booking, charting, clinical notes, forms, invoicing, billing, and financial reporting into one service. SOAP notes can be created by typing or dictation, and support tags, drawings, snippets, duplication, and predictive charting. The pricing page says each plan includes 300 credits for Scribe and Form Summary; additional credits cost $0.01 USD each. Noterro lists integrations or compatibility with Google Calendar, Square, QuickBooks, Xero, Mailchimp, TELUS eClaims, Availity, Office Ally, and TriZetto. It runs on the web, Android, and iOS; on mobile, the web app runs in a browser without a separate download. A connection to the internet is required. The 14-day trial does not require a credit card, but excludes file uploads. Core starts at $28.05/month with an annual plan, or $33.00 per month with monthly billing; each includes one practitioner seat.

Stillpoint also supports two-way Google Calendar sync and webhooks for Zapier, Make, or custom endpoints. The massage therapist page states HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance, with a BAA available on paid plans. Stillpoint says clinical data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS, and that it does not sell client data. Its privacy policy says Clio conversations are not used to train models and that Clio cannot access clinical notes, session content, or intake responses.
