In their own words

OneBill

OneBill is a cloud-based Quote-to-Revenue-to-Care platform connecting quoting, billing, revenue management, and customer care. It is designed for telecom and UCaaS providers, SaaS and GenAI companies, datacenters, utilities, media businesses, logistics companies, and IoT providers. The billing engine handles subscription, usage-based, recurring, one-time, prepaid, postpaid, tiered, volume-based, and hybrid models. For complex consumption charges, it collects and rates usage in real time and automates billing. Modules cover quoting, subscriber management, churn, service desks, workflows, billing, channels, and revenue recognition. Workflow automation supports complex orders, inventory, provisioning, and activation. Integrations are available for Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Zoho CRM, alongside a REST API. Billing events can connect to revenue recognition under ASC 606 and IFRS 15. OneBill supports more than 100 currencies and languages and says it provides 24/7 support coverage across four continents. It is available on web and through API. Pricing is on request; there is no free plan, but a 28-day trial includes full platform access and guided onboarding without a credit card.
