OttoQA
OttoQA scores contact center interactions against a customer’s existing QA forms and produces evaluations, behavior trends, coaching plans and call summaries. It can use statistically valid call sampling or score every call, and supports voice, chat, email and help desk interactions. The product page says it supports any language and predicts CSAT and NPS for every call based on interaction content, sentiment, intent and behavioral signals. Redo provides AI role-play for new-hire practice, remediation and ongoing skills training.
Setup begins with a customer’s QA forms and includes calibration through a 200-call proof of concept. OttoQA says it does not retain call recordings or raw transcripts on its servers and masks PII/PHI before storage. It states HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance, TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest; SOC 2 is in progress. The web-based service is paid, has no free plan and offers a free trial. One-time setup costs 1000.00 USD. More than 10,000 evaluations per month requires custom pricing.
Voxjar
Voxjar automates call monitoring and coaching by ingesting, transcribing, and scoring voice interactions. Its AI evaluator measures calls against custom criteria, scorecards, conditional logic, and weighted questions. It can track agent strengths, weaknesses, and topics, then produce summaries and coaching overviews. Voxjar says it transcribes calls in more than 100 languages. Evaluations consume AI credits, starting at one credit per minute of audio; advanced and reasoning models use more. When credits run out, automatic evaluations pause until the next billing cycle or an add-on credit purchase, but manual QA remains available. The web-based service has a free Basics plan with three users and 120 AI credits. QA Pro costs $90 a month and includes unlimited users, bulk uploads, integrations, reporting, coaching, and audit logs. A 14-day trial is listed. Voxjar states that it maintains SOC 2 Type II, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and does not use customer conversations, transcripts, or evaluations to train models.
