Papershift
Papershift is cloud-based HR software that combines time tracking, scheduling, and HR management. Its listed features include absence management, payroll processing, applicant tracking, digital personnel files, and internal company chat with AI capabilities. Core includes digital time tracking, absence management, employee profiles, document management, and EU hosting. Premium adds digital rota planning, automatic shift allocation, and multi-site planning; Professional adds automated roster allocation, payroll calculations and exports, and advanced roles and permissions. The plans are $400 a month for Core, $600 a month for Premium, and $900 a month for Professional, each billed per employee per month. Papershift offers a 14-day free trial without payment information, but no free plan. It runs on Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows. The marketplace lists integrations such as Personio, EasySecure, bookingkit, Slack, and sevdesk. An API can connect external systems, but users must request activation through the contact form.
