In their own words
PharmaMonitor
PharmaMonitor is sales force automation software for Indian pharmaceutical field teams, with tools for field reports, visit checks, tour plans, orders, and expenses. Medical representatives can submit Daily Call Reports from Android or iOS phones, recording products discussed, samples, gifts, and doctor confirmation. GPS, clinic geofencing, and selfie or photo capture help validate visits. DCRs, check-ins, and orders can be recorded offline and synced later. Managers can set monthly tour plans with beat routes, approvals, and deviation tracking. Expense claims support role-based limits, receipt OCR, multi-level approvals, and status tracking. Starter is listed at ₹299/MR/month, with a 10-MR minimum or a ₹20,000 monthly floor for smaller teams; Growth is ₹449/MR/month on the same terms. Both list annual billing savings of 25%, and a 30-day trial is offered. Enterprise pricing is custom. The service is available on Android, iOS, web, and through an API. The privacy policy says location data, including background location when authorized, may be collected for visit verification and beat planning.
