In their own words
portatour
portatour provides automatic route planning and territory optimization for field sales teams making customer visits. Its planner can revise schedules after cancellations and factor in visit urgency, business hours, and other considerations. Territory Optimization presents up to seven scenarios for assigning customers among field representatives. Customer lists can be imported from Excel, CSV, or ODS files, and the maker lists integrations for Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Veeva CRM, and Zoho. An HTTPS API supports automated import and export; it is included with company accounts and available from two field service licenses. The web application can keep important data in browser storage for offline access. The maker says it uses in-house heuristic algorithms rather than external AI or LLM providers, and says it is ISO 27018 and ISO 27001 certified, with data hosted in a secure Vienna data center. The SaaS product has no perpetual license. A one-person trial lasts 30 days, needs no credit card, and ends automatically. Pricing is per person per month, billed quarterly or annually in advance; prices are not displayed.
TerriTool
TerriTool is a field-sales platform for outside sales reps and managers selling face-to-face to businesses in the USA. It matches businesses in a territory to a rep’s ideal customer profile and presents potential leads on a map and in a list. Contact search checks more than 28 data sources for decision-maker details; TerriTool says names and positions are returned about 90% of the time. Credits unlock contact details, and the company says it charges only when it finds a valid email or phone number. It orders stops into a daily route, which can be handed off to Apple Maps, CarPlay, or Waze for navigation. Two-way CRM sync sends visits, notes, and new contacts to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, monday.com, and other CRMs. A real-time manager dashboard shows rep activity, territory coverage, visits, and leaderboards. The product is aimed at US outside-sales sectors including solar, pest control, home services, telecom, security, logistics, and industrial supply. The Base Plan is $69 a month. A seven-day trial includes 60 lead credits and every feature unlocked.
