Its web platform includes EHR, scheduling, payments, charting, inventory, a patient CRM, online booking, reminders, and automated email and SMS campaigns. Patients can use the portal to access information, schedule appointments, and communicate with clinic teams. Clinics can track stock, automate ordering, and buy products from suppliers through Portrait. The company also describes access to a nationwide medical director network, Good Faith Exam workflows, clinic templates, ongoing medical support, and marketing services such as custom websites, SEO, ads, social content, and campaign automation. Launch help covers licensing, formation, branding, and setup, with coaching for expanding locations. Portrait names medical spas, weight loss clinics, dermatology and plastic surgery practices, IV hydration lounges, and functional medicine clinics as customers.
