In their own words

Practice Master Pro

Practice Master Pro is practice management software for massage therapists, covering patient notes, bookings, invoicing and payment processing. Notes can use SOAP formats, custom templates or condition-specific templates, and practitioners can add diagrams, custom backgrounds and annotations. The software supports gift certificates and prepaid treatment packages, including tracking treatments used. Patients can book through a hosted booking system, whose calendar can be embedded in a practice website. Optional cloud sync provides browser, smartphone and tablet access to data, notes and bookings; the Windows desktop app can also use a local database offline. Listed integrations include Square, Stripe, eWay, Tyro, Xero, MailChimp and Keap. The maker says identifying information, attached files and backups are encrypted, as is data sent to and from its cloud server. Staff permissions can be set individually, including restricting practitioners to assigned patients. Licenses include help, support, setup and remote training. Monthly billing can be cancelled at any time, and data and attached files can be exported in machine- and human-readable forms. Pricing depends on practitioner count, but no amount is shown.

Stillpoint

Stillpoint is web-based practice management software for wellness practitioners, including massage therapists. Its tools cover scheduling, payments, clinical notes, invoicing, insurance billing, analytics, hosted websites, client portals, and appointment notifications. Clients can browse services, select a practitioner and time, and book without creating an account. Practitioners can import client and appointment history from supported platforms or CSV exports, with duplicate detection. Clio, an AI practice assistant, can help with scheduling, practice questions, booking appointments, and creating client records. Stillpoint also supports two-way Google Calendar sync and webhooks for Zapier, Make, or custom endpoints. The massage therapist page states HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance, with a BAA available on paid plans. Stillpoint says clinical data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS, and that it does not sell client data. Its privacy policy says Clio conversations are not used to train models and that Clio cannot access clinical notes, session content, or intake responses. The free plan is limited to one practitioner, two services, and eight appointments per month; Just Me costs $19.99 a month, billed month to month.
