In their own words
Priflow
Priflow is open-source proofing and approval software for designers, marketers and small agencies. Reviewers can click anywhere on an image or multi-page PDF to place a numbered comment at that location. Teams can retain successive uploads such as v2 and v3, tag teammates into proofs and let reviewers choose Approve or Request changes, with status rolling up automatically. Guest review links allow clients to respond without accounts, while sign-in remains optional. Every upload, amendment, reply and approval is logged with the person and time involved. Priflow is self-hosted on PHP 8 or later with MySQL, including shared hosting. The self-hosted plan costs nothing, billed forever, and includes unlimited users, proofs, reviewers and teams, every feature and update, an MIT licence and community support on GitHub. Files stay on the user’s server. The product says no Docker, Node or build step is needed, and a first proof can be live in about 10 minutes. The documented default upload cap is 50 MB. Paid setup help can include installation, branding, email deliverability, SSL and quoted custom features or integrations.
