Profitroom is a direct-booking SaaS platform for hotels, combining booking, marketing, distribution and website tools. Booking Engine 360 lets guests reserve rooms, packages, experiences, extras, loyalty benefits and vouchers during the booking journey. It can send automated reminders when a guest starts but does not complete a booking. The Channel Manager synchronizes availability, prices and restrictions across connected channels, with real-time updates. The platform also includes CRM and marketing automation for personalized guest communications and loyalty. Booking Engine integrations include Trybe, FareHarbor and ResDiary for activities and restaurant reservations; Profitroom says more than 1,000 integrations with property management systems and hospitality technologies are possible. The booking experience is designed for smartphones, tablets and desktops. Profitroom states that its online payment gateways have PCI-DSS Level 1 certification and 99.9% uptime. RoomKeyPMS Booking Engine
RoomKeyPMS Booking Engine, or eRes, lets hotel guests reserve rooms online through a hotel's website. It supports daily, weekly and monthly rates, membership and corporate rates, group blocks, packages, add-ons, promotions and free-night offers. Hotels can link to eRes or add a Book Now or Reservations button, and RoomKeyPMS can apply brand colors, fonts, banners and logos during onboarding. The maker describes the engine as mobile-ready, with reservations passing instantly into the PMS. It says reservations update the PMS in real time and inventory adjusts across other channels to help avoid overbooking. Listed tools include OTA price comparison, dynamic packaging, language translation, recovery messages, alternative offers, locked deals, flexible-date calendars and layout choices.
