In their own words
Projectory AI
Projectory AI reads government RFPs, extracts requirements, and creates proposal drafts from an organization’s content library. Its compliance matrix categorizes and numbers solicitation requirements, then links each one to source pages, sections, and paragraphs. Drafts can draw on past performance narratives, technical approaches, and management plans. The system matches prior proposals and corporate content to new requirements by meaning, reuses relevant material, and fills repetitive sections and forms. The web workspace supports unlimited seats, assignments, deadlines, progress tracking, email notifications, role-based access, and PDF or DOCX export. Its rich-text editor supports documents of 150 to 200 pages. Projectory says customer data is isolated in single-tenant environments and protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit. The company says proprietary proposal material is not used to train its AI. AI output requires human review, and complex solicitations may need refinement and source verification. The free 30-day trial includes 15 credits. Professional costs $299 a month with annual billing; Business costs $499 a month with annual billing.
Tribble
Tribble provides Respond for RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires, and Engage for sales teams handling buyer questions across calls, Slack and Teams. Its Brain stores reviewed company answers for both products, with citations to sources and tracked edits. Drafts draw on approved company material and show where each answer comes from; unsupported or low-confidence responses can be flagged and routed to an expert. Respond exports work to Word, Excel, PDF and buyer portals. Engage prepares sales representatives for calls, surfaces approved answers during calls, and drafts follow-ups and CRM updates for approval. Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gong, Box and OneDrive. Tribble describes permission-aware retrieval, SSO, role-based access control and audit history for answers and edits. It states that it is SOC 2 Type II compliant and that customer data is not used to train shared AI models. The platform runs on web, and pricing is available on request. Tribble was founded in 2023 and describes onboarding as services-led.
