SRVO
SRVO is a CMMS for organizing maintenance operations, bringing work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, inspections, vendors, and reporting into one system. Work orders can include status, priority, assignment, mentions, checklists, photos, time, parts, and an activity timeline. An optional Property Management add-on covers tenants, leases, rent roll, owner statements, finance, and portals. SRVO is intended for property managers, facilities teams, field-service trades, schools, and nonprofits. It is available on Android, iOS, and web; the installable mobile app includes field tools such as directions, photo capture, and clock-in.
