Tenant File Cloud hosts the desktop program on a virtual server and is accessible from anywhere. Plans retain the same features while changing supported rental volume: Tenant File 100 costs $50 a month for 100 rentals, Tenant File 250 costs $100 a month for 101 to 250 rentals, and Tenant File 500 costs $200 a month for 251 to 500 rentals. DirectPAY accepts eCheck, credit card, and recurring payments, posting them automatically. New Cloud users receive a one month free trial and free data upload. Web access is supported, but small handheld screens are not suitable.
