The maintenance app is available for iOS and Android and supports inspections, work orders, project management, invoicing, and billing. An open API enables two-way data exchange; the maker describes connections to Property Meld, zInspector, HubSpot, and Renter Inc. Support is available by ticket or phone Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time, excluding holidays. Each customer is paired with an Implementation Consultant, and onboarding takes approximately 45 business days.
