PtEverywhere
PtEverywhere combines practice management and electronic medical record tools for rehabilitation and physical therapy practices. Its features include scheduling, documentation, messaging, video home exercise programs, billing, telehealth, and reports. AI Scribe is included in every plan and turns recordings, dictation, or typed notes into structured SOAP documentation. Users can access the platform in a modern browser or through iOS and Android apps, and it offers two-way Google Calendar sync. The Open API is available to subscribers, with documentation at no additional fee by contacting Client Care. Starter costs $49 a month and limits appointments to 20 visits per month. Standard costs $149 a month and Pro costs $199 a month; both list unlimited appointments. SMS, telehealth, fax, and premium integrations are unavailable on Starter and Standard, while Pro lists them as included. The product is aimed at rehabilitation therapy practices, including cash-based clinics and multi-site groups.
