In their own words
Puck
Puck is talent acquisition software for attracting applicants, screening candidates, and managing hiring workflows. Its AI Recruiter conducts on-demand phone interviews around the clock and supplies recordings, transcripts, and candidate scores. Candidates start from an SMS link without an app or camera, choose their timing, and can interview in more than 33 languages. Puck says people, not its AI, decide which candidates advance. Employer-branding tools include career sites, job pages, employee audio stories, passive outreach, and branded content. Talent CRM supports candidate relationships and automated outreach or follow-up. Lightweight ATS features cover job posting, candidate review, applicant stages, and collaboration with hiring managers. Listed integrations include Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, JazzHR, Comeet, PCRecruiter, and Applicant Pro. Plans bill yearly: Starter is $300 a month, Standard $600 a month, Pro $1,000 a month, and Enterprise has no listed price. Standard includes 200 AI Recruiter interviews monthly and Pro 500; extra interviews cost 3 USD each. The site displays a SOC 2 badge, and recordings are usually retained about two years.
Sense
Sense is recruiting automation software for talent acquisition and staffing teams. Its AI Recruiter uses specialized agents for sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and scheduling across the hiring lifecycle. Teams can communicate with candidates by SMS, WhatsApp, email, chat, and voice, and arrange interviews with calendar integrations, reminders, and in-person, virtual, panel, or sequential formats. Sense says it integrates with customers’ ATS and describes a bi-directional integration; named connections include Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle, iCIMS, and others. The platform is available on the web, Android, and iOS, through an API, and as an extension. Sense says dashboard and API traffic use TLS encryption and stored data uses AES-256; it also describes annual security assessments and configurable multi-factor authentication. Plans start at $500/mo, with separate packages for messaging, scheduling, staffing, AI recruiting, and talent acquisition. Enterprise staffing pricing is available by request.
