Quantum Metric

Quantum Metric is a digital analytics platform that captures customer experience data and helps teams investigate friction, errors, and their business impact. Teams can track events, build conversion funnels, review session recordings, and use API access. Session replay supports investigation of where customers struggle. The platform includes digital, product, experience, journey, and web analytics, along with heatmaps, monitoring, alerts, and opportunity analysis. Its autocapture surfaces more than 60 behavioral and friction indicators and more than 300 audience and experience dimensions out of the box. Felix investigates behavioral, technical, and business signals and can monitor experiences for issues, opportunities, and business impact. Listed integrations include Qualtrics, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, Looker, Slack, Optimizely, Tealium, and Adobe Analytics; data can be streamed to Snowflake, BigQuery, Amazon S3, and Oracle. Quantum Metric reports SOC 2 and HITRUST attestations and ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Enterprise plans include onboarding, training, and consultation. Pricing is on request, there is no free plan, and session limits are set by agreement.

Traceflow

Traceflow combines email activity and website behavior into customer journey timelines organized by email address. It connects Gmail and Outlook or Microsoft 365, recording sent email, opens, link clicks, and replies while syncing metadata such as sender, recipient, subject, and timestamps rather than email bodies. A tracking script captures website pages, sessions, and interactions. Analytics show visitors, sessions, page views, traffic sources, visitor locations, and device breakdowns in real time. Real-time click, scroll, and mouse-movement heatmaps are available on all plans, with resolution and historical retention varying by plan. Multiple websites can be tracked from one dashboard. Traceflow provides a REST API, webhooks, identity matching through a first-party cookie, data export, and configurable retention; journey data is retained for 24 months by default. Its free plan costs nothing and includes limited tracked visits, one website, and basic analytics. It runs on the web and through an API.
