RFP Stack is a web platform for managing requests for proposals, from intake through drafting and export. It accepts PDF and DOCX files and extracts requirements, attachments, deadlines, and evaluation criteria. Requirements can be classified as MUST, SHOULD, or INFO, then mapped to proposal sections. AI-assisted drafts draw on company profile context and approved library content, with TODO flags and tone controls. The content library indexes approved answers and boilerplate for semantic reuse and insertion into sections. Teams can track RFPs in list or board views, assign section owners, review work, score responses, manage approvals, and record submission outcomes. Readiness checks are available before exporting DOCX, PDF, or ZIP bundles. The site describes SOC 2 Type II compliance, organization-scoped data, controlled access to protected object storage, and logs for AI token use, activity, exports, and submissions. The Free plan has 5 RFPs per month, 100K AI tokens, 100 MB storage, and 2 team members; each RFP project counts toward its limit. A 14-day trial provides full access without a credit card.
