In their own words

RFP.ai

RFP.ai drafts answers to RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, and vendor assessments using approved source material. It extracts questions, produces cited answers with confidence scores, and sends uncertain responses to subject matter experts. Teams can track coverage, export responses, and fill detected answer fields in the source document. It accepts PDF, Word, Excel, and image files, including scanned documents processed with OCR. Exports include Word, PDF, Excel, CSV, and PowerPoint. Connections include Slack, Microsoft Teams, API access, Claude Desktop through MCP, and a Chrome extension for portals such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Google Forms, and Microsoft Forms. It is available on the web, as an extension, and through an API. The Starter plan is €49 a month, or €40.83/mo billed annually; the Single RFP Pack is 39.00 EUR as a one-time payment. A 7-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. RFP.ai says customer content is not used to train AI models and core application storage is primarily hosted in the EU. It retains data for 30 days after account cancellation for export, and says it is not currently independently certified, including for ISO 27001.

Steerlab

Steerlab is a web and browser-extension product for preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. It is aimed at PreSales teams and uses connected content to draft answers; the company says it can produce 80%+ of a document in minutes with factual, sourced responses. Teams can maintain a content library, adjust writing styles, and track project stages, contributors, and sections that need attention. The workspace supports comments and collaboration. Built-in business intelligence provides data-backed win-probability insights and competitor-bias detection. Listed integrations span cloud storage, communications, CRM, knowledge bases, and identity services, including Google Drive, SharePoint, Slack, Salesforce, Confluence, and Notion. A Google Chrome extension is listed, and the homepage also mentions a Slack bot and Co-Pilot. Security controls described include MFA, SSO, fine-grained roles, TLS 1.2 encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption at rest. Customer data is stored in European AWS regions and replicated within Europe. Steerlab states it is SOC 2 and assessed against five Trust Services Criteria. A free trial covers the first RFP or questionnaire without a credit card; paid pricing is available on request.
