Trengo brings WhatsApp, email, live chat, social media and voice calls into a shared inbox for teams. Agents can collaborate on conversations, which are distributed using round-robin routing. Its AI assistant can suggest replies or send them automatically, and AI Journeys automate multi-step conversations and workflows across channels. Conversation usage is counted in seven-day windows; a message outside a window starts a new conversation. The integration hub includes HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. Developers can use a REST API, webhooks, a JavaScript website-widget API, and custom apps and channels. Trengo runs on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and the web, and offers an API. Boost costs €299.00 per month billed annually for 10 users and 6,000 conversations per year; Pro is €499.00 per month billed annually for 20 users and 18,000 conversations per year. Monthly billing is also available: Boost at €349.00 per month and Pro at €599.00 per month. Enterprise pricing is custom. There is no free plan, but a free trial is available.
