Saasu
Saasu is cloud-based online accounting software for small businesses, available on web, iOS, and Android. Its accounting features include invoicing and quotes, expenses, payroll, recurring billing, reports, cashflow forecasts, inventory, and multi-currency accounting. Daily bank and PayPal feeds, transaction matching, and bank rules support reconciliation. Payroll includes STP, PAYG, Superstream, tax calculations, timesheets, and pay runs. Saasu supports more than 50 foreign currencies and updates exchange rates daily; built-in payment gateways include Stripe, PayPal, eWay, and Braintree. An API supports Ruby and C#.NET SDKs and XML and JSON exchange. Saasu says it stores data at two Sydney locations, backs it up every 15 minutes, and uses SSL-encrypted web traffic and two-factor authentication. Plans are priced per accounting file, billed annually, include GST, and impose transaction and other plan-specific limits. The Small plan is $20 a month billed / year. There is no free plan, but any version can be used free for 30 days from signup.
