Veeva Network MDM
Veeva Network MDM is a cloud-based master data platform and customer master application for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Its predefined model supports customer reference data management, including data change requests from field teams using Vault CRM. Organizations can combine reference data with third-party sources such as OpenData to maintain a unified customer record. Business users access customer data through a portal and widgets, and organizations can add domains such as product or payer. Listed domains also include healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, affiliations, reference data, and employees. The platform connects with Vault CRM, OpenData, and Nitro, and lists deduplication, data syndication, and API access. Veeva reports more than 45,000 field users accessing Network and over 7 billion records under management. It lists revision history, approval workflows, audit trails, electronic signatures, role-based access, and compliance controls. Network MDM is offered for enterprise pharma, biotech, animal health, and consumer health organizations. Pricing is available on request.
