In their own words

Sarra

Sarra is a web-based AI scheduling assistant that coordinates appointments through email. Add it to an email thread and it can suggest times, follow up, and send a calendar invitation after attendees agree. You can also name a particular time in an email for Sarra to check and book, or share the personal booking link included with each plan to show live availability. It connects with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Sarra can generate Google Meet links through a connected Google account and Teams links through an eligible Microsoft 365 work or school account. It does not connect to Zoom or create unique Zoom meetings, but can insert a Zoom URL saved in Settings. Monthly meeting allowances apply per seat, and scheduling pauses once an allowance is reached until renewal or upgrade. Free includes three meetings per month per seat, one saved meeting type, one calendar connection, and one follow-up nudge every two days. A single external sender is also limited to 10 inbound requests per day on Free, separate from the monthly allowance. Group scheduling is available on Gold and above.

Toki

Toki is an AI schedule agent that turns inputs into planned calendar activity. It can convert voice notes, text messages, screenshots, and forwarded emails into calendar events. Booking links show real availability, create events, and send reminders, while Toki can contact meeting attendees to coordinate a time. Reminder options include push notifications, iOS alarms, and CallMe escalation. Daily and weekly insights cover upcoming plans and how time is spent. Toki says it supports Google Calendar, iCloud, Outlook, Apple Watch, and Siri, and is listed for Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows. The free plan costs nothing and supports up to three calendars with an AI scheduling assistant and a basic quota for low-frequency demand. Paid plans support up to five calendars and add personal preference memory, smart scheduling, and conflict resolution. Their listed prices are $3.99 a month and $9.99 a month; yearly billing options are shown as $6.65 a month and $16.65 a month, respectively. Both paid plans include a seven-day free trial. Toki says personal data is stored and processed on servers in Virginia, United States, and is not used for AI training.
