In their own words
Scribe
Scribe is an email signature management platform for teams and AI agents to centrally design, deploy, and update branded signatures. It lists central installation, monitoring of installations, and instant updates, as well as banner campaigns and click-to-revenue attribution. Smartfields can use external data sources to fill teammate signatures. Deployment options cover Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Apple Mail, and server-side rewriting. Scribe says it connects to 30+ tools, including HRIS systems, business phone providers, calendars, and sales execution platforms. Developer options include a REST API, hosted MCP server, webhooks, CLI, and tracking SDK. Its trust center lists SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR as compliant frameworks. Scribe says it cannot read or edit emails or change teammate information from an email provider. The 14-day trial includes all features and unlimited users, requires no card, and is listed on the pricing page. The Free plan is free for up to two users and one signature template. Business is $68 a month for 30 users.
Signivo
Signivo manages company email signatures centrally for organizations using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. An administrator connects the company directory, selects a template, and publishes signatures to employees. Employee names, titles, contact details, teams, and locations can sync from that directory. A template library and drag-and-drop editor let administrators adjust colours, logos, and fields, then target layouts and disclaimers to particular teams, groups, or locations. They can also add and update banner campaigns and legal disclaimers across signatures. Signivo deploys signatures in Gmail and Outlook and supports Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. For Google Workspace, signatures may appear in the Gmail app on iPhone and Android, depending on the user’s phone signature setting. Microsoft 365 users cannot use the Outlook app on phones; Outlook on Windows, Mac, and the browser is listed. Signivo says it does not access email content, drafts, or attachments. Pricing is listed from €1/user/mo, with a 14-day trial that requires no credit card; the account freezes at trial end unless a payment method is added.
