Tera
Tera combines admissions, residential operations, student records and alumni engagement for Australian residential colleges. Admissions tools handle online applications, review and interview workflows, offers, document collection and intake trends. Student records can bring together application, accommodation, academic, engagement and participation information. Residential operations include room and bed management, occupancy, arrival and departure records, and vacation accommodation planning. Online forms support conditional logic, file uploads and payments, and can be shared with applicants, students, staff, alumni or external participants without an account. Automations can send application, interview, offer and acceptance communications, and connect to Microsoft 365 mailboxes to send and record correspondence. Dashboards support intake comparisons, occupancy forecasting and demographic reporting. Quad is an online portal where applicants, students and alumni can apply, pay fees, complete forms and view residency information. Tera supports multi-factor authentication, passwordless sign-in, configurable permissions and audit trails. The maker says data is hosted in Australia and colleges retain ownership and can export records in standard formats. Pricing information is provided through a demo enquiry; no amount is listed.
