WebProof
WebProof is an online proofing and collaboration platform for reviewing documents or artwork and collecting approvals. Teams upload work, then reviewers can add sticky notes, draw or mark areas, highlight text, attach files, and follow revision history. A colour-coded project overview distinguishes correction, proofing, and approval states so active work is easier to identify. Projects can be shared by email link with people outside WebProof, allowing those guests to comment on pages. InDesign and Illustrator plugins send work into the service; Platinum adds direct correction in InDesign files and WebFlow automation between WebProof, a front-end MIS, and printing systems. The iOS app supports navigation, previews, comments, highlighting, status changes, and notifications on iPhone and iPad. WebProof supports PDF files and selected-text translation into over 60 languages. The maker says its software and AWS-hosted files in Ireland are ISO 27001:2022 certified. Plans include a free tier and paid service from €199/mo.
