Sunrise HRCM
Sunrise HRCM brings employee HR cases, queries and requests into a system where HR teams can track progress through resolution and retain an audit trail. Employees can submit cases, check and update them, and search HR information through a mobile-accessible self-service portal. HR teams can publish internal processes and policies in a searchable knowledge hub. A Microsoft Teams chatbot connected to ChatGPT and the organisation’s SharePoint can help employees lodge cases and find answers. Response and resolution targets are calculated using impact, urgency and priority, with settings for operating hours, holidays and pausing the clock. Feedback workflows can assign investigation, approval and remediation tasks. Reports can break down performance by day, week, month or year, and by group or support agent. Access to case data can be limited by user rights. External applications can connect through a REST API; listed integrations include Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ChatGPT, Power Automate and Power BI.
