In their own words
TM3
TM3 is a paid clinic management system for healthcare practitioners, available through web and Windows applications. Its online booking portal lets patients select an appointment type, location, practitioner and time. Clinics can set booking windows, limit future bookings per patient, and configure online registrations as provisional until staff verify, link or remove them. The Telehealth module supports virtual consultations over a secure internet connection; consultations are not recorded or stored. Zoom can be linked for telehealth appointments and classes, with one Zoom user per practitioner and vice versa. Automations create follow-up tasks or communications after cancellations and missed appointments, and can trigger post-discharge forms and treatment reviews. Automations cost £0.05 ex VAT, €0.06, or $0.10 AUD ex GST per action. TM3 includes treatment notes, appointment reminders, insurance billing, reporting, multi-location management and access to client details, schedules, communications and payments on laptops, tablets or mobiles.
Zanda
Zanda is a cloud-based practice management system for health practices, bringing administrative tasks into a browser service. It includes appointment scheduling, clinical notes, client management, digital forms, billing, reporting, a client portal, reminders, online payments, waitlists, and recurring appointments. It supports Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Every plan includes AI writing and editing, four AI Scribe appointments per month, and AI Insights across each client’s last three sessions. Zoom-powered telehealth is available; the optional Telehealth Pro add-on provides unlimited calls for $9 a month per practitioner. Zanda lists integrations including Xero, Stripe, Mailchimp, calendar services, Physitrack, Medicare, DVA, and Tyro. The public API is in beta, with read-oriented access to practice data; beta enrolments are closed. The company says data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and accounts can be hosted in Australia, the UK, or the US. Starter costs $19 a month and is limited to one practitioner and 1,000 appointments; a 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
