Property management integrations include Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, ResMan, and Rent Manager, with property, unit, resident, and charge data syncing in real time. Submeter connections include Itron, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Enphase, and other vendors. Vitality says every feature is included without tiered pricing or module upsells. Pricing starts at $0.50 a month per unit, with no free plan and no public billing schedule stated. Payment processing is not included.
