In their own words

XWiki

XWiki is a wiki-based collaboration platform for organizing knowledge and supporting shared work. Its editing tools include a WYSIWYG editor, in-place changes, attachments, previews, comments, annotations, notifications, and version history. Teams can also build structured pages and forms with AppWithinMinutes, then browse the resulting information in filterable livetables. The extension library has over 700 ready-to-use options, alongside hundreds of APIs in XWiki’s scripting language. Enterprise features include Active Directory and LDAP connections, single sign-on, office document import or preview, PDF viewing and export, and data imports. XWiki Standard is open source and available free, with cloud and on-premises deployment options. XWiki Cloud covers setup, hosting, upgrades, maintenance, backups, security updates, and 24/7 monitoring. The free Community plan is on-premises with community support and no guarantees. The pricing note lists paid service from €1/user/mo and a 30-day trial; the homepage says the trial can be extended on request and requires no credit card.
