NORBr Network Tokenization
norbr.com
What it is
NORBr Network Tokenization replaces card numbers in payment flows with network tokens. A merchant activates the feature by choosing a supported tokenization partner in a payment contract. NORBr links the resulting network token to the existing NORBr token, so enabling it requires no payment-data migration, new merchant endpoints, or API-flow changes. When a provider supports network tokens, NORBr uses one; otherwise it falls back to the card PAN. Token information can appear as optional enrichment in transaction records and API payloads. Scheme updates may help recurring payments continue after a card expires, is replaced, or is reissued. Dashboards show token usage, authorization, transaction success, and order indicators, with views by provider and issuer country. Merchants can filter by token status, partner, and expiration data. The cloud service supports card payments, vendor-hosted vaults, API and web access, and connectors such as Adyen, Braintree, Checkout.com, and Cybersource.
