AIRFP
AIRFP is an AI workspace for teams answering requests for proposals. It breaks RFP specifications into requirements, constraints, and showstoppers, then scores opportunities against customizable qualification criteria for go/no-go decisions. The platform processes questionnaires and Excel grids in their original formats and can create a compliance matrix from prospect documents when no grid exists. Generated answers show named source extracts and confidence scores for verification. AIRFP describes SaaS and on-premise deployment, including customer infrastructure. It says data is hosted on AWS Europe in Frankfurt with a dedicated database, AES-256 encryption, and zero AI retention; ISO 27001 certification is in progress.
