Avaya Experience Platform
Avaya Experience Platform, also called Avaya Infinity, coordinates omnichannel customer interactions with enterprise systems, data, AI and workflows. It supports inbound calling, outbound dialing, IVR building, digital channels and workforce management for large, complex contact centers, including environments with thousands of agents. Teams can create low-code or no-code workflows, while authorized business users can update them under IT governance. Avaya describes the orchestration as AI-agnostic and supports multiple models, real-time customer context and automated workflows. Deployment choices include cloud, hybrid and on-premises, with API, self-hosted and web platforms. Listed controls include role-based access, audit trails, retention settings, bring-your-own-key and organization-defined permissions. Integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams and Verint. Digital costs $48 a month, Voice 83.00 USD, and All Media 125.00 USD, based on 200–399 concurrent users over three years; additional charges may apply.
PhoneIQ
PhoneIQ provides cloud business calling across Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. Phone features include IVR, business hours, ring groups, on-demand call recording, extension dialing, and local and toll-free numbers, with international numbers in 50+ countries. A browser-based Admin Portal manages users, devices, and numbers; Analytics provides KPI dashboards filterable by date, department, queue, or user. PhoneIQ CTI embeds calling in Salesforce with routing, recording, coaching, analytics, click-to-dial, and activity capture. Desktop and mobile apps support business calls and Salesforce activity syncing. Its AI voice agents can answer calls on a business number and be configured around services, policies, tone, call flows, systems, and handoff rules. English and Spanish can have separate routing and handoff rules; the same assistant can answer WhatsApp messages on the business’s number. Office Standard costs $11 a month when billed annually. Office Premium costs $17 a month when billed annually, and Office Enterprise costs $26 a month when billed annually. The CTI free trial lasts 7 days and includes calling and one local number.
