In their own words
eCareHealth Revenue Cycle Management
eCareHealth Revenue Cycle Management is an EHR module for insurance eligibility checks, claims, denials, payment posting and revenue reporting. It verifies coverage in real time before visits. The built-in claim scrubber is stated to catch 94% of common rejection reasons before submission, and the company reports a first-pass clean-claim rate above 99%. Denials move through a workqueue with payer-specific playbooks and automated routing; the system suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes from documentation with compliance checks. It automatically posts electronic remittance advice and provides dashboards for A/R aging by provider and payer, days in A/R, denial trends and net collection rate. Connections include Change Healthcare, Waystar, Availity, Office Ally and other clearinghouses, with direct payer links available for high-volume payers. An optional managed service covers claims, follow-up and appeals. Credentialing is not part of the base module and is offered separately. The broader platform lists FHIR R4 API, HL7 v2 and other integrations. A two-week trial includes Group-tier feature access and does not require a credit card. Solo costs $99 a month; Group costs $129 a month. Pricing for Enterprise is custom.

Its customizable, menu-driven documentation covers assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, SOAP, BIRP and DAP notes, group therapy notes, and discharge summaries. The platform describes an ambient AI scribe that listens to sessions and creates notes. Practice tools include scheduling, automated reminders, a patient portal, secure messaging, telehealth, billing, and e-prescribing, alongside more than 100 clinical rating scales and assessment tools. Listed connections span labs, clearinghouses, health information exchanges, interoperability, and PDMPs, with examples including LabCorp, Quest, Availity, Waystar, and ClaimMD. ICANotes says it maintains HIPAA compliance and describes encrypted transmitted data, user authentication, access controls, and audit logs. The company says the product is built exclusively for psychiatry, therapy, and addiction treatment. A 30-day trial requires no credit card, but e-prescribing and insurance claim submission are unavailable during the trial. ICANotes+ requires a three-month commitment, then may be canceled with 15 days’ notice. The platform is web-only; the company advertises live onboarding, training, and 24/7 assistance.
