What it is
Zeffy is a fundraising and donor-management platform for nonprofits, available on Android, iOS, and the web. It brings donation forms and recurring gifts together with event ticketing, peer-to-peer campaigns, memberships, auctions, raffles, eCommerce, donor management, and in-person payments. Nonprofits pay no platform, transaction, or credit-card fees; optional donor tips fund the service. Ticketing includes multiple ticket types, capacity limits, attendee questions, QR-code check-in, free registration, and pay-what-you-can tickets. The mobile app accepts cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay on iPhone and Android without a physical reader. Zeffy connects to more than 1,000 tools through native integrations, Zapier, viaSocket, QuickBooks, a public API, and webhooks. Stripe manages payments, and Zeffy says it does not store or process card information. Access is limited to eligible nonprofits and registered charities in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or Germany that have an organization bank account; personal fundraising is not supported. The Free plan is free.
