Frappe CRM
frappe.io
What it is
Frappe CRM is an open-source CRM for sales teams managing leads, deals, communications and follow-ups. Teams can capture leads from web forms, incoming email, WhatsApp, Facebook lead ads, manual entry or spreadsheet imports, then move them into deals and track progress through customizable Kanban stages. Visual workflows can send emails, assign sales representatives, change fields or call webhooks. Users can tailor the system with custom fields, statuses and actions. Listed integrations include ERPNext, WhatsApp, Meta, Twilio and Exotel, with APIs available for third-party connections. Plans include unlimited leads, deals, contacts and sales agents without per-user pricing. It runs on the web and can be hosted on Frappe Cloud or installed on a customer's server; mobile use is through a phone browser that can be added to the home screen. Self-hosting is free under the AGPL-3.0 license. Frappe Cloud Sites costs $5 a month for a single site, and Servers costs $60 a month. Product Warranty provides bug-fix support through tickets, not functional support.
